My Philosophy: Politics Are Local, Freedom Is Absolute

Our country was built on a simple, enduring truth: government exists to serve the people, not to micro-manage their lives. When local and state government overreaches, it threatens the freedoms that make our rural communities strong.

As an Independent, I answer to no political party or outside bosses. My only loyalty is to We the People of Warren County, and I will always stand up for your individual liberty and constitutional rights.

The Freedoms I Will Fight to Protect

Freedom from Excessive Taxation & Government Overreach

Every dollar the county takes out of your pocket is a dollar taken away from your family’s future. True fiscal conservatism means government must live within its means, just like every household in Warren County. I will fight to keep property taxes manageable by stopping wasteful tax abatements for wealthy corporate developers so working families, farmers, and seniors on fixed incomes can afford to stay on their land.

Freedom for Our Families & Local Classrooms

Strong rural communities rely on strong public schools. I believe our schools should focus on academic excellence, practical skills, and preparing our kids for the future. Most importantly, I believe parents—not government bureaucrats—have the fundamental right and responsibility to guide their children's upbringing and values.

Freedom of Faith, Speech, and Conscience

Government has no business telling citizens what to believe, how to worship, or what they can say. I will fiercely defend your First Amendment rights—including religious liberty and free speech—from government mandates and heavy-handed intrusion.

Freedom to Care for Family & Live Peacefully

Years ago, my husband and I moved to Warren County for the most fundamental reason there is: to care for my in-laws in their final years. That experience taught me that family responsibility and personal commitment are the heart of a good life. I believe in limited government that respects the sanctity of the home, honors personal responsibility, and keeps its nose out of your private life and family decisions.
